    Lol, you don't know me well. No ones going to take advantage of me especially a true friend. When I say friend I mean it. One of the few people I can depend on for anything. He was my first roommate and I've gotten him his last three jobs. He currenty sits at my old desk. I would never put my work reputation and future on the line for anyone who wasn't a stand up person. I plan on being here for the long haul and consider myself in a career not working a job.

    I'm just saying that being a friend and being a boss is a very fine line to tread and I hope that you don't lose trust with your company and/or that you don't lose a friend. I've been there myself and stuck my neck out for friends...sometimes you get burned.

    I told him we would be equalls. This workplace is different. All a team. My boss never bosses me around or tells me what to do. Its hard to explain and understand I guess.

    Also helps that im self motivated and no one in my company knows Wtf I'm doing.
