Sorry to hear Chris. It is always hard to heart news like that about a pet who's part of your family

At the risk of being lumped in with the retard circus troupe, does your wallet have some sort of fire suppression device for that fire?
Or was forgetting it at home unrelated to the news article and the circus?

Forgetting it at home carries with it the implied task of retrieving it, thus subjecting myself to an extra hour and a half of the retard circus. The article is simply an illustration of the horse-shit that stood between my wallet and I.

I'm guessing him forgetting his wallet required him to double back, making him late and then he got stuck in the shit show that ensued from the truck fire.

 just saw a Chevy equinox misjudge a turn into a gas station, smack into a snow bank with the drivers front bumper, and hang the passenger rear tire. (Uphill driveway). Dude just flexed his equinox.

    And lost half his bumper...

    Ah, I see.
I didn't connect those two, because when I do happen to forget my wallet at home, I simply go all day without my wallet.

Dear Lord, create a plague that targets people who lack common sense, common courtesy, and integrity. Wipe them from this existence so that your children may enjoy the splendor that is your creation as it was surely intended. In your name we pray, Amen. -My daily prayer

No can do, its got my DoD ID in it which I need to access this here POS computer, and in turn get anything done.

    Ah, Gotcha. That's unfortunate.

Easy on the people who lack common sense! You did leave your wallet somewhere other than in your pants...:D

I had a brilliant plan for this weekend to get a replacement wheel for my Subaru. I located a full set with tires for $500 on a forum, called dibs and waited a solid 10 days for the owner to get me pictures. My plan was to swap out the damaged wheel from his set with a good wheel from my set and give me a perfect set on tires with 4,500 miles on them. Then I could easily sell on this set for $500+w/e the swap cost would be and give the next guy a screaming deal.

I got pictures at 1 AM this morning. At 7:30 I got a text saying he found a buyer for $700 and if I wanted to match he'd give them to me. Blargh.

I get that the wheels were very underpriced and no doubt he realized what he had but still, backing out on a deal is lame. I have no faith that even if I agreed to the $700 he'd jump them again.

The sad part is I would have probably bought them at $700 to begin with to swap out my wheel and resell. (Sigh)

Thanks for listening to the rant.

Chris sorry to hear about the cat, it is a tough thing to do. Mike I had a neighbor shoot mine with a pellet but we were lucky that we found it early and he was younger. I went right to his door with a bad attitude and a bill from the vet.

I just heard back from Johnny Law. I have to be at the station today at the end of his shift to take care of my LTC renewal. He is gonna stay late and do it on his time to be sure we are not interrupted. That is something you don't see every day, someone that cares and will go the extra mile

I presume LTC stands for License to Carry?
