    My favorite is whisky on the rocks or mixed with water. 64 calories, 0 carbs, 0 fat, 0 protein

    You can also do this with any hard, unflavored liquor. They're mostly all very low in calories and have no fat, protein, or carbs....but, being a man, I prefer whisky:D

    Also, if I do use a mixer, it's club soda (0 calories, 0 fat, 0 carbs, and 0 fat) with a lemon or lemon juice. Club soda adds some flavor, if you don't want the rough taste of straight liquor.

    Lastly, if you still want more flavor, go with Coke or Sprite Zero....sorry, I'm a professional alcoholic

    I have honestly tried to seriously cut down on my drinking, but if I just have to do it I am usually a whiskey/water drinker. I also tend to enjoy some 44 North Huckleberry vodka on the rocks (don't knock it till you try it).
