    Drink a LOT of water, eat a LOT of celery, and don't whack off for awhile. There are a few supplements you can take that will help with semen production and sperm health, although at this point I don't think you care about the latter. Also taking care of your prostate, minimize drinking and tobacco use, and maintaining good overall health is key.

    That'll help with distance, but not actual volume. It's better to actually practice what you're talking on your own personal time to help strengthen the muscles that are responsible for ejaculation. You don't want to miss the point of no return and just lose it all. There are a number of ways you can practice with what you suggested being one of them.
