I have been thinking about putting a CAI on my 2.7 but I'm not sure what i should go with. I'm looking for good sound and well as performance.
    -K&N 63 series
    -K&N 77 series
    -AFE

What should i do? do you have any other recommendations?

Will it still work even though I have the 2.7 and not the 4.0?

Also will I have issues with water being sucked into the engine because of its opening location.

If the AFE is designed as well as the unit for the 4.0L is, then get that one. For the 4.0L it is probably the best designed CAI hands down!

CAI wont give you any gains on a 2.7
