LG Banter

Today while I was texting my friend my phone slipped out of my hands and landed into my glass of water that was under my chair, needless to say it is now ruined So now I am in the market for a new phone and I am interested in getting the LG Banter and was wondering if anybody here has one and how they like it. I have Alltel and have to stay with them because we a great price plan that nobody else could match. Here's a link to the phone:

Yeah I just heard of it today, I had my last phone for 3 years so I was due for an update and can get it for $20 and keep my current plan, and it's buy one get one free!

 

Why are you still choosing phones through Alltel? You should be able to upgrade to a Verizon Wireless plan and get a phone from them. The LG Banter is the same thing as the new LG Rumor 2, which is OK. It is great for the normal cell phone user that wants to be able to text with a QWERTY keyboard. Try a smart phone

 

Well they wont let me get a verizon phone and keep my existing plan, and I don't want to get less minutes and options for a higher price.
