    Any of y'all with auto trans notice your shifter moving while acceleration or deceleration?

    Mine has done it for a while now but has never caused any problems. I'm curious to know if this is normal for the tacomas or if this is something I should fix.

    The movement I'm talking about during acceleration is the shifter moving backward toward the "2" on the gear shift.
    When I decel and hit the brakes it moves forward toward "N" (neutral)

    Does your do this? Did you find a fix?

    The trans mounts look good and are in good shape.

    I like it. Works when I need it. I did switch out the rope to an amstel synthetic line. Can't beat the price. When I clocked the handle I regrease the gears. It's never given me any problems.
