    Glad it wasn't worse man. It's a lot to do with your age man since you're young they just wanna make sure you have your full range of motion. The pain medications come in once the pain becomes a chronic thing. I'm a nurse had to chime in haha I'd say stretch everyday and find a chiropractor to put it all back in place. I smashed some ribs a few years ago and that's what helped.

    They are really not that expensive. They were one of the cheaper things I put on my truck when I was building it. Of course, unless you have a welder or know somebody that does and is willing to work for beer, the cost to put them on can easily double...well, unless you can find a set you can just bolt on.
