    Make sure all metal parts are out & the factory sealant can be stringy when you pull them apart. I got a little bit on one of my reflector bowls & when I cleaned it off it took off a little spot of Chrome, nothing major or noticeable but I know its there.

    Sounds like the sealant wasnt soft enough. You could've put it back in for a couple more mins.

    ya thats what I ended up doing, once I did that, it just came right open. after 10min of trying I was like F$%k this, put it back in for 5 min and *poof* came right open

    its 130 am, and I am now done with painting both bezels, 3 coast each with 20 min wait between each coat...they turned out very nice, now I just need to get them all back together and the mod is finished :D
