Lol i know most dealership are like this. But this one takes the cake.
I'm almost sure how mike has been calling and bugging them. They might have the part. Just want mike to wait even more. Why can't they just install his old part and give his truck back till it come in? If

 

Eh, I would have went. Just because I could have met the tundra owner that set it up there. Maybe I could get shit done the right way without the fuck in hassle

Oh! I remember now. I already talked to Mike about the old part put back on the truck. He said the dealer will do it, but told him if they do so it will void his warranty lol

 

Jimmy the guy that set the meet up is the head Service manager there. But after this store I don't think I'm going there anymore

Don't think it's Jimmy that is the problem. I'm sure if you go there and talk to Jimmy himself, he would get shit done for you. Mike baja with his truck there, talked to Jimmy and he gave mike the tundra show truck to drive. To El Paso lol

 

If Mike is paying for the rental truck then that sucks. Is the rental thru the dealer?

 

I go there cause it close to me. Plus my cousin use to be a tech there so he worked on my truck. Now he moved to star toyota. Might have to end up going there now

 

Yup, the rental was paid by his warranty or factory warranty
