Damn, I bet you put a shovel right in there haha. I saw SAMs club had a car shovel it looked to be about the size of a back country shovel and it had a carting case with other things in it. Seemed pretty legit.

 

I will check it out. I wanna put one in my wifes Jeep as well.

 

Cool, thank you. Ill have to check these places out more. We liked Estes Park a ton, but obviously not real ideal with our professions. Amazing how nice people were. People in Ks, atleast the areas Im in are generally snobby, stuck up, and just rude. If thats more or less how Boulder is, then I may not worry with that, even though it's location to the mountains is nice. Anyways, thanks for the tips.

I got that shovel mounted to the gorilla fists in the bed for that very reason, I also have a collapsible shovel for back country in the cab

 

need to get me some of those fists. I think i saw some at Sportsman's Warehouse.

You could always look into Woodland Park too. It's up in the mountains and a short drive from the Springs.

they work very well and integrate into the C channel in the bed too, i got all the hardware needed at home depot for a couple bucks. Ace hardware might even have a better square nut that will slide into the C channel
