    Yeah.
If you already have a FS that you like, I would go HT. I have 2 bikes, a FS 26er and a HT 29er, and it works out pretty well. If I had 2 FS bikes, it would make the choice of which one to ride more difficult.

Yeah, I have a 2002 Giant XTC Pro FS 26er, it is dated a bit and freshly rebuilt and performs stellar for what I do with it, love it. Got pivot sets so it can hang for some time. I'm leaning towards the carbon HT but that FS is very tempting tho.

    Yeah.
For most of the riding I prefer doing (rougher, more technical terrain), I grab my FS bike. It sees more miles than my HT. That said, I love my steel Sawyer HT at the parks that are mostly smoother singletrack. The steel has some give to it, not quite as jarring as aluminum.

It's a different style of riding. Going fast over bumpy stuff on a HT makes you ride mostly on the fork since the back tire is bouncing around.

I won't need a new bike for a year or 2, but we'll see how 650b does over the next year or so. I may sell off my Fuel 26er and go with a 650b Fuel or Remedy. Probably going to keep the Sawyer forever, though, and mod it a bit.

Great pic Jordan. I watched those 13 Carbine 275 for a couple weeks on Pricepoint.com (frame only) at 40% off. Just couldn't justify it. All 10 mediums gone now :(

As far as the 650b goes, just from an inside perspective if your going to be buying a new bike i would make it a 650b or a 29er a lot of companies (i cant say names) are going to be dropping there 26" lines (other than downhill bikes) if you havnt been on one yet do it u wont regret it if i was getting another AM bike it would be 650b but for the DH scene its still to early to tell whats gona happen with 27.5...but i cant say whos, but a 650b line is coming out in april that im realy excited for so if ur almost in the market for a new bike hold on a little longer :spy:

not sure if they'll discount the command post because since its a specialized item so you have to call to order it  but ask anyway if you can use the meetup20 promo code with it

I have 3 riding buddies that have gone thru a few frames, they tend to crack on the seat post area, weak welding. intense does not warranty for life. do your research. The frames were 6.6. and spider.

Anybody know what the buzz is about these Magic Mary tires from Schwaibe?

I keep hearing about people wanting them.
