    cant decided between warn hawse or the sythetic roller fairlead. which looks better.

    You can use them if you have the special rollers. There's no space to pinch the line. At least that's the tale. I prefer the hawse fairlead. I have an aluminum Viking fairlead.

    In terms of which looks better - hawse no doubt.

    Rollers look kinda crappy and are a lot heavier than a hawse.

    I prefer an aluminum hawse on mine. It's just cleaner and smaller.
    You can in fact use a roller lead if it has never had a cable thru it or cable damage.
    I kept the roller and cable that came with my warn m8000 as a backup in my toolbox just in case I ever need it or someone on the trail needs it.

    i ordered a black warn hawse today. well see what that looks like. the chrome one just stands out like a gold tooth to me
