Edits are super fun! I've made surf edits, time laps sunrises, kayak fishing, and I just made one last summer driving threw ibsp. I bought the suction cup mount that works great. It's a patent pending design. I had it suctioned to my hood, roof, and even fender.. Stayed on great.

May have to let that mod wait depending on how long the other repairs take. Still have to pick up the parts for the mounting brackets.

 

I haven't heard anything about doing a lift. I need to adjust Jay's coil overs and install his UCA's. I probably won't need to do anything on my truck, planning on installing my new shocks friday.

yea i have an swr meter and my roommate has crows feet wrenches but idk if metric or standard. I agree harbor freight would be worth a trip.

yea as long as its a clean surface that mount is great. I've used it on my snowboard before.

 

I have the suction cup but havent tried it other than the inside of the windshield yet…
I saw one that uses a strong magnet…. it just doesnt specify if the magnet is lined to prevent scratches!

I've used the suction on my bike, snowboard, fender/bedsides & windshield of my truck & on my brothers boat @ 85mph

I've never used the suction on my snowboard, not sure why I didn't think of that. I JB welded a mount to my board before and had it come off. I then JB welded a surf mount to my board and that held for about a season before it also came off.

I have used it on a ton of other stuff including my truck on the highway and what not. It does stick like a beast.

Still not sure if I will make mod day, may just stop by but who knows.
