    You should always tell if you have a weapon in the vehicle. Especially if you have a concealed weapons permit. If they find out you didnt tell them you can get in trouble.

    I actually asked them about it last night. they said legally you have to tell them. not sure what that includes.. (concealed, etc)

    I just always tell them out of habit.

    You do, now if you have your MMC you dont have to legally tell your work about it. The drug testing facility will always send back a false positive when you go to get tested and show your card;)
