    Well, back to the gym for this guy. Trying to make 300 miles this year. Counting each elliptical mile at .5 and each bike mile at .25. Starting at 240lbs... I just need to get back into my healthy eating kick. Damn wife better not give me a hard time.

    Expecting to be at 220 in 2 months or so.
