I don't drink milk usually, haven't touch it in years, but i was eating a cookie yesterday and there happened to be 1% milk in the fridge, huge mistake, i had enough gas to power the hindenburg.
that's awesome, 20lbs in a month is a lot of weight.
i hate people like that, that's why i dropped my lifting partner, everytime i see him he's gotten smaller. it's sad really.

Blasted legs this morning. Unlike most of you guys, I don't throw up huge numbers on squat, but I'm proud of myself for cranking out 3 sets of ten, going from 135-155. Hit up the hack squat machine after that, and the rest of my routine. Took a dump afterwards (went hershey squirt free today) and couldn't get up after that. I'd say that's a solid sign of muskle failure.

    HEY-OH!

Talk to BradyT88...he'll have it up to like 500 pages in no time!

Yeah today, we did back and bi's and he was soooo far behind on everything. He's 6'2'' probably 250 and I was out-repping him on everything...when he quit last year, around March (which he does every year), we were just about equal, but he loses it every year...oh well, mo gainz for me

So I weighed myself for the first time today in like 3 months since I started going to the gym 5 days a week and stopped drinking monsters every day and eating like shit and I am down to 225 from 250. I was amazed how much fat I have lost and have obviously gotten stronger the whole time. When I started I could barely rep out 135 and now can rep out 225 on bench.

Haha I work out legs once or twice a week. Thankfully, no I don't have chicken legs. I have no problems seeing gains without hitting huge numbers. I have to be careful because of a back injury that's plagued me for about three years now. Rather weak sauce and be able to move, than huge numbers and crippled.

Not yet. I forgot yesterday because shitting took most of my attention. This morning I tried to hunt someone down up front and couldn't find anyone. Guess it's hard to ask people to do their job, at a gym that charges $10 a month.

I like doin deads before squats because it helps get my lower back and my quads pumped which in turn helps me feel more stable on squats

not a good idea, why would you want to fatigue your lower back before you squat? unless you working with light ass weight then i can see how that could work, but then its still not optimal.
