Yep. Thought I caught something nasty from this chick I was beating guts with. When the doc told me I was clean and had protein in my urine, you couldn't imagine the amount of relief I had.

Clean bulking never worked for me. I tried for over a year and I just couldnt eat enough. I started just eating whatever and more of it and have gained almost 10 pounds in about a month. More eggs, more bacon, more milk, more burgers...

Everything Ive read says that Carbs are an ectomorphs best friend.
good info here for skinny dudes http://bonytobeastly.com/

I have a love hate relationship with bulking. My chest, shoulders, thighs, and neck love it.:) I hate what it did to my gut and love handles though:(

74g of fat. Jeez, I consume that by lunch time.
Curious how he plans to eat 437g of carbs "clean".

This is the plan: it's not too much, but it is a lot.

Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 nutrigrain bars, apple
Meal 2: tuna sand, kidney beans
Meal 3: 1 scoop whey, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 oatmeal packet
Meal 4: spaghetti, whole wheat bread, broccoli
Meal 5: 2 chicken strips, banana, bagel, sweet potato
Meal 6: 1 scoop whey, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 oatmeal packet

    3162 calories, 215 g protein, 437 g carbs, and 74.5 g fat
