Are you planning on buying bigger tires? If not I would sat the 5100s to the 3rd notch (1.75") with 1" rear at the most. Any higher than 1" it won't sit level. Honestly, make sure your doing what you want. I am just trying to help and give ideas!

will 265/75/17 fit on the stock suspension? and if it doesn't will it fit if I lift the back 1" and the front 1.75". Thanks!

Well I cannot speak from experience but after searching a little bit yes the 265/75/r16 should fit on stock suspension. I have read most haven't had rubbing problems but if so it would be slight. If you do take it on the trail the rubbing might be a problem. The lift will just give you a bit more clearance. You can search for more information!

I have 265/75/16 on my truck. I had minor to no rubbing at all before I lifted my truck. I have a 2" revtek spacers on the front and a 2" toytec AAL on the rear with billies all the way around. But to answer your question. You should have barely any rubbing with that tire size. Although you will need to remove your mud flaps if you haven't done so already. Since I've lifted truck there is no rub at all. I'm actually thinking of going up a size haha

your first source should be the "bilstein website",they have some good info on their products, you can also find some stuff on youtube(orw,bilstein,4wp)if you're doing the install yourself,be sure to get the "perches" correct on the fronts...265-75-17,might get a little rub with no lift,my truck is a 2010,i'm sure the newer trucks sit a bit higher from the factory than mine did originally.for the record, the bilstein settings are"stock,.85,1.75,2.5".i know some guys say"i get a little rub",i played it safe and stayed with the factory tire size, with rubbing and weight being my main concerns...didn't wanna hear weird noises and not willing to decrease my mpg on my daily driver.

You won't be able to fit 295/75/R16 without having to trim a lot. I would suggest either 265/75/R16 or 285/75/R17. I believe you will still have to trim even with the 285.

Your not gonna be able to do much with 5-600 dollars. Save up for a lift wheels and tires. They make a huge difference. aty5egu2_5fd8e9d16de3bf3b53837ccb1e517ff98fad6a7b.jpg
