Honestly I'd only used calculators to see what my max would be, I never actually pushed the weight. Since I know, now I can work up

    You non veggie eaters

That and mixed nuts are my go-to foods when I am back to my hard work outs. I'm gluten intolerant already, so I already lack a lot of carbs. I am also going to start cutting back out my rices and potatoes.

Random: how often do y'all hit calves? I've usually only done them once a week, after leg day, but I think I'm gonna start hitting them twice a week. Workout 4 days and alternate calves and abs each workout.

I like this thought. I think I am going to start working in 1 random leg work out on regular days. Fuckers have shrank a bit from doing the cardio and 1 leg day instead.
