Derek. I sent you a PM a couple of days ago and got no response. I am sure everyone wants to hear from you. I have been very patient and deserve better treatment then this. Almost everyone has been very patient. You need to respond and fulfill your promises. I accepted your last apology and eagerly looked forward to better communication. You are letting us All down Derek. Do the right thing and fill our orders or be a man and admit you can't and refund our money.

just talked to derek... i called him, left a vm and he called me back within 5 minutes.

i haven't rec'd any response via email, so i'd recommend calling him guys.

here's what he told me - there are sliders ready to ship today (i don't know whose tho), he claimed mine were shipping today and was obviously bothered that i wanted my money back when he's already paid for the shipping. he even offered to knock some money off of the price so he could at least recoup material and shipping costs, but after this ordeal i'd just rather have my money back.

i wish this would have worked out, but i honestly cannot support someone who operates their business like this. derek, you seem like a nice guy - but that's not good enough. i was close to calling the BBB, but i figured i should contact derek first and give him the chance to fix the problem. as i stated previously, he was reluctant to refund my money as he claimed they were ready to ship today, but i was done waiting. he didn't give any updates that they were shipping today, i'm not sure he would've notified me if i didn't call him.

he is going to refund my money - he has to contact UPS to get his shipping fee back, but i told him that could be rolled into whoever purchases the set he made for me... either way, so long as i receive my refund i will be at least satisfied. i'm sorry this didn't work out derek - i think you know why i (and others) are going to be asking for our money back. i can't support a business who treats customers like this, it's really a matter of principle. i know you make a high quality product at an EXTREMELY competitive price - but with such a complete lack of communication... even with the offers you gave me on an already cheap set of sliders, i can't do it. sorry.

 

i also heard from derek today and he said that my bumper was ready to ship but has been hasseling with UPS on how to ship it without it being truck freight.... apparently the bumper is 5lbs over the limit to ship it normal so he will be disconnecting the light bar and sending that separately.

he told me he sent out a group of sliders today as well

he also told me he is trying his best to get the rest of the tacomaworld orders out.





take that as you will but at least we heard from him

 

man i havent heard anything... =/ going out to sea for 10 days... hopefully they just somehow show up... =/ and update would be nice though.... emailed him about my intentions to cancel due to the lack of communications...

haha i was about to post the same thing but i called him first...

he said ups is set to pick p my shit tonight and will send me the tracking number when they do...

i bet there is a number of peoples stuff that is going out tonight. he got back to me realy quick when i called just now so give him a call to make sure if you want.

Hey duck, what shop welded yours on? I want to get some eventually but i don't have a shop I use for welding.

 

Try a local muffler shop. Should be like 60 bucks

yeah after 6 seems late...

 

I've had UPS knocking on my door @ 9PM local several times. If they said they'd pick stuff up- they will even if it's late.
