only problem is when you run out of sun.....

i have a goal zero kit with dual portable panels. but for them to be any kind of a reliable source, i also have asmall battery unit that they charge. i can charge a cell phone directly from the panel, but if it's dark, i'm limmited to what the battery pack can hold. no such problem with fire

i had a 400w solar panel that i intended to use for such purposes, but i sold it when i graduated in May, because i didn't want to damage it with all of the moving around. 400w is quite a punch, and will charge a carr battery pretty fast. but again, limited to sunshine hours.

 

anyone heard of this??

No, but it looks interesting and I know Fredericksburg has some great terrain for wheelin. I may just make this trip as it's for a good cause. Are you interested?

Random question.... you have or know anyone who has one of the hypertech speedometer calibration gadgets? I'd like to recalibrate my Speedo after putting those new rims/tires on (which will probably be tomorrow cuz I'm impatient). Open to putting the lift on too if you're feeling froggy. I can PM my address top anyone else interested in working for food/beer.

I wasn't able to find those AAL pins.... but there is a place on highway 6 that has grade 8 stuff that I'm told should work. If you (our anyone else) thinks that's a bass idea, I'll just order them from ToyTec and we can do it on my next set of days off.
