    I alternate and spot train... If I feel like Im lagging then I throw it in

    I don't do calves on leg days because you're sort of incorporating your calves already in all of your exercises. I like to do calves after upper body exercises and Ill never to core on leg days because you should be engaging your core a lot to balance.

    I've been eating my protein shakes more consistently in the morning. Pretty sure I witness my thumper dump implode on itself. Thing was so gawt damn big that scientifically it should have had its own gravitational field.

    I had a friend who was taking a pre -during-and post workout shakes. It wouldn't be small servings either. He didn't believe us :rolleyes:

    I have actually been thinking about getting into bike racing. I wouldn't be anything special, but that's why they have noob races :D

    And you can build up a race bike (aka something you don't mind crashing) for under 600 if you play your cards right w/used parts.

    O yes, I know far too well on how much bikes cost. I did downhill for a small stint. Bout 4 years, spent well over 8k on bikes, at one point I had six, I'm down to five now. But yes buy everything used and you can have yourself a decent road bike.

    Better start biking like you want to do an iron man. Those fuckers have cows not calves.

    yep. I make protein pancakes

    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    half cup instant oats
    mash up one banana
    egg whites
    pecan bits

    mix it all up and cook on low heat. they burn easy. you can also add in applesauce too if you want. When using banana or applesauce you dont even need syrup bc they are so moist already

    thats the best way to fuel your body before to fuel your body to actually last and not harm it. During is a what ever your body wants really (I do water only). Post is the most important part.. your body is starving for fuel after a workout and in order to prevent muscle breakdown you need to replenish your glycogen storage.
