I try every time to do this with co workers but never have luck. Our insurance is through the company and I'm unsure as to why nobody will do this with me.

Also you cannot neutral dump a car these days. I've tried kn almost every rental and only the dart would do it. The rest kill the rpms and easy you into gear.

 

I rented a kia minivan a few years ago that would let you neutral dump, I can't believe the abuse that thing took. It was a trooper.

 

Pretty nice with low miles, but I'm more curious as to what the button on the 4x4 shifter is. Mine does not have that but it is a TRD

It's to kill overdrive... I had it on both of my first gens.

 

o/d should be the button on the trans shifter, the one on the 4wd shifter I am not sure about

 

4wd button.

Educate a newb, what is neutral dumping?

 

Rev motor in neutral and drop into drive = tire smoke or boom

 

More often than not it = boom. Did this until my clutch packs fried in my 123 chassis diesel Cost my dad 1300 dollars and two Saturdays of swapping pumps and valve bodies in my tranny as I led him down a wormhole of lies to cover my ass. Sorry pop's.

I used to take rental focuses on tank trails around Fort Stewart and pretend I was Colin McRae.

We did that to my friends Accord and Si haha. The trays dont last very long though.
