    Yeah...resin for a solid cf ball and the threaded insert would counter any weight savings . A titanium ball that was half baked in some water in an oven so only part of it changes to blue would be cool. Shit, even full blue would look cool.

    Sorry, I wasn't implying that it was solid cf. I was thinking if it was a hollow cf it would have to have been molded and the mold split. Then resin and polished, and threaded insert installed after. Or something along those lines. Who wants a light shifter anyway? On a side note, I bought my brother a BMW Zhp weighted shifter for Christmas.

    Usually people will raise the price like that when they are out of stock, so they dont have to take down the auction and lose their "sales"

    its better for sales in the long run if people can see that many people bought it.

    something psychological about Fear of Missing Out on something "cool" lol

    Yea. I texted him. . Just as you say. . If I already had an aftermarket bumper would be a go.... Looking into an aluminum one, but that is very down the line.

    I need some help from you Oahu TW'ians. My parents are looking for another vehicle on Oahu. They currently have a van but want to replace it. They dont live on Oahu and its either street parked or in an open air unattended parking lot.
    A friend of theirs is selling a prerunner 01-04 dbl cab, but heres my thing…..those are easy to steal and I dont think they know that the leg room in the back seat sucks. My moms 4runner was bought and used on Oahu before and it worked fine, but she doesnt realize the dbl cabs have less back seat room.
    I need your guys help in finding a replacement car. An suv or another van is what they perfer. Were a toyota and nissan family, a/c is a must and newer is better. Im trying to convince my mom to step into a newer style 05+ taco/runner, but she loves her 02 4r so much, she would buy another body style like that with low miles. She also would love another fzj80(94-97 LC/LX450) if she could find one over there with low miles and ac. Another option is a highlander or rav4, sienna, titan, armada, quest. If you guys hear of any decently priced deals can you please PM me or lmk. im active on CL, but would need to fly there to check out something(and CL deals get scooped up).

    on the other hand, if you TW people know someone that is looking for a 04 nissan quest thats had seat covers from day one but currently doesnt have working ac…it will be for sale in the near future.
