It's where you hack off 2" from each the fenders them selves and then do the same to the flares.. For more clearance for bigger tires..

Id love to have your help man we can talk about it via pm though.. I can pm you soon.

Just got the email from Jerry Lee that my sliders are just about ready to ship.

He can either ship them to a business address or the Conway Freight in BFE. For those of you that got BAMF sliders - where did you have them shipped? Does anybody have a business address on the south side of Denver that I can them shipped to?

When we did the group buy we had pallets shipped to Epic Motorsports in Dacono because someone in our group knew people there. I think TeamHypoxia did the arranging on that one.

A small handful of select mods.

It's very specialized tool that marks exactly the 2"s that need to be cut from the flare and the steel fender. It keeps the current flow of the fender. You might laugh when you see it but it works well. Then I use electric sheet metal sheers to smoothly cut the plastic fender after which black auto trim is applied.

For the metal fender I use a cut off wheel and the sheers as needed leaving tabs that get bent under and drilled to support the plastic splash guard.

Bob's took 2 days since it was our first time doing it. Now that I have a decent system I might be able to get 4 done in a day. But you still have to wait for some paint to dry. I will be tackling mine in the spring after I am regeared and tires/wheels are on order. Also have to order new plastic mount tabs for the flare since most of them break as you take the plastic flares off.
