There are 2 little notches that are required on that little cross bar. Can be cut with tin snips or similar, very minor. Because of the high clearance of the bumper the fog lights are up high and tight so they interfere with that bar a little.

Easy cut, the instructions Tyler gives you explain it well enough. I cut mine a little wider personally. Tin Snips or a dremel make easy work of the cuts. I used a dremel just so I could grind it down a little before slapping some paint on.

When you get a chance do you think you could post up the inside dimensions of the roof rack?

I already have a Rigid 40" light bar ordered! :woot:

Picked up the HC rear bumper from the local fastenal today!:bananadance:

Decided to paint it myself. Good ol prep work and sanding right now. Should have it on this weekend. Will certainly post pics!

Also, the finished product is awesome. Welds look great, very stout, and the fold down table on the swing gate came out perfect. Trying to decide if I should paint it or not.. I think the brushed aluminum looks awesome.

I have the Pelferbilt HC rear bumper with swing-out. Good stuff indeed, but the table? Can someone post a pic of this table please?

We have only done a couple tables. Robert's is a bit different because he wanted a round tube gate but you get the idea.

No, I get them from etrailer.com but they are very hit and miss with availability. I believe they are made for Thule bike racks. I quit making them part of the mount kits due to the inconsistent availability.
