Help me understand: Why would you want taller bump stops? Sounds to me like that's gonna reduce your length of travel by 3". My lil brain can't understand why that would be a good thing.

 

Depends on his suspension set-up. He may be trying to limit how much negative arch occurs at full stuff.

I must of got a knock-off cap..only gained 8HP on mine..

 

Can you get that off by hand? I have to use a wrench of pliers to get my OEM one off...

 

Same, I usually use a pair of channel locks to break it free.

Yeah I changed my oil yesterday and had a hell of a time getting mine off. Doesn't help I tighten it down good when I'm done either.

 

Tighten it, pretty sure you're leaving 2hp on the table.

Yup, hand operation is just as easy as the stock one for me.

 

Sunday im going to remove the interior and put sound deadening mat down & put leds under the doors

took the time to hand wash my truck last night, today there is a fire up north a bit and it rains ash all over. Great.

 

Finally installed the last Frame bolt for the ARB. It was hidden behind the Icon res mount. While I was underthen I was trying to remove the inner fender and accidentally ripped of my fender flare. Does anyone know what the OEM fender flares are made of? Is it ABS by any chance?

 

Nice job..the black on black looks sharp...Throw a set of these Bermuda Blacks on to finish off the Black out look..(they have a matching 3rd Brake also)..
