    Too few to list.
See the post right above yours although regular black spray paint might work if you keep up with it.

If you buy automatic, don't drain your trans thinking its your engine oil and add extra oil in your engine. More than a few people have done this or had it happened taken elsewhere.

Clean battery terminals and apply anti corrosion to the terminals and make sure they are tight it will keep you off the side of the road. Check and preform every six months or so.

I need to replace my battery and do that. I noticed a while back I have some corrosion building up on the positive post but I checked the date and the battery is about 6 years old now so I may as well replace it before it gives me problems like my car. I can push start my car I can't my taco. Haha. Hell even if it was a manual I don't think I could push it myself like my car. Damn thing is too heavy now.

Does the AC condenser drain come out of the passenger side firewall?

Get an Optima battery and you'll never ever have any corrosion.

What about CorrosionX? It's expensive but I was thinking about spraying it in areas that I see normal rust under the truck. Great thread btw.

I use Rust-oleum Rust Reformer. First scrape loose rust, then use wire brush.
Spray it everywhere you see rust. After drying it can be Overcoated or left as it is. It looks fine. I used three spray cans to do the underside of my Tacoma. Will be doing that every year.

Never heard of an AGM... what is it?

Edit: Ah, just looked it up. Optimas are AGM batteries. My last Optima lasted 10 years.

I'll never ever buy a battery with acid sloshing around in it again. Optimas can be installed upside down and they will never leak one drop of acid.

Hose the bottom off whenever you have been driving in snow to prevent the frame from rotting away

Lots of great info on here! I spray the undersides of my truck after wheeling to get all the dirt/mud out. Do you guys see a problem with leaving some dirt/dry mud for a couple weeks after wheeling (on the paint)? Is that gonna hurt the paint. I don't always get around to washing it.

True, some places don't use it like we do though. It's fugging amazing how much they use here. And yes there is, coastal areas have exposure year round :p
