Any manufacturers make a typical aftermarket radio paired with a CB radio all in the same head unit? Space is an issue for me and adding a CB is needed but I don't want it noticeable. Thinking maybe the glovebox for install

Cobra 75 is extremely small. The only thing visible is the handset which can be removed when not in use. The main portion of the unit can be hidden.

Stuff and things that make it better.
That's funny, I was looking into this just the other day. The only thing that I could find was a Hamm/radio. It looks like it's been discontinued so a good used one is not going to be cheap and you got to get licensed but might be an option in the future.

Most ham radios will receive the FM bands. That is the FTM-350 that was replaced by the FTM-400. Both are great radios, but over kill for most only using ham radio for wheeling trips.

Get your license, it's easy and cheap. Ham is much better than CB and really growing in the 4x4 community.

Smoker? If not, the ashtray slot is a great place to mount a CB.

Safety. The hook could pull through the fairlead and your hand as well if you're not using a tether strap to guide the line in. With the safety thimble, even if you're handling the thimble when you guide the line in, it theoretically should stop at the fairlead and not get sucked in, and thus, your hand won't get sucked in either!
