I weighed in at basiclaly 158 pounds today. The most I've ever weighed. But, I'm planning to start cutting soon, so that 158 lbs will start going down...

    :notsure:

Gonna try to keep lifting heavy for my primary lifts, take in more protein than I am now, and do some circuit type work for my auxillary, along with jumping rope as my "rest period" then a 20 minute jog - or Yog - I think the J might be silent - after the workout.

Might try to max on bench tomorrow and see if I went up again after my 2nd rround of the "wolverine" workout. I based my workout off of a 285 max, which I've never gotten, but the "heavy week" called for 4 sets of 3 at 70, 80, 90, 90% of max, so my last 2 sets were of 255...which was my max a couple months ago. I'm interested to see where I'm at.

Cutting at 158!? The bulking gods are displeased...I don't start a cut until I'm at least 205.

I'll never be 205. Ever. 158 is heavy for me

Well, I guess as long as you stay strong, it doesn't really matter.

same here. Im just now at 155 and want to get up to 165-170. Its still winter so I plan on gaining for another 2 months before I think about any serious cardio/running. Doing a spartan super in May so Ill plan for that accordingly.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Just did my Friday morning weigh in. 2 weeks back in the gym hitting hard cardio and body weight exercises, back to eating healthier and drinking more water I am down 10lbs to 233. I have another 20 to go before I start lifting more weights... and hopefully that number will drop to around 200ish.

I've only dropped myself below 200 TWICE since I was 16, and that was for my junior year of wrestling when I dropped from 210 football to 171 wrestling. The other time was back to back deployments. I don't look too good below that 200lb mark though, so I hope to stick at it this time.

Just killed shoulders and did bi's again for the hell of it...kilt it.

Also, I benched 315........................................................on the smith machine :D

Still can't get it on the flat bench, though :(

Ya'll must have missed this comment from me 2 pages back...I know the smith machine doesn't count. I was doing shrugs with 405 on there and just tried 315 for shits and giggles....the only thing that grew from that was my ego.......and my dick...it moved a little bit. My flat bench max is still 285 :(
