Wow the description of the company on the What is Woot? page is incredibly annoying. two sections, one that is full of lame meaningless colloquialisms and the second, titled "OK, that's cute, but in concrete terms: what is Woot?", is just slightly less meaningless. I mean, "And Woot, Inc. sells the merchandise and pays for the gas"...wtf does that even mean?

 

if you follow Woot, you know they make fun of themselves and what they do/sell.

i do know they are based out of North Texas (outskirts of Dallas, i think)

 

That may be true, but how do I know if I want to start following them if I can't figure out what the hell they do?
