Anything. It's a technical degree. Jami is already into it without a degree, but I'll make more starting in it.

I'll be able to manage any project, and at the rank I get out at it'll be even easier to get what I want. More than likely I'll work for some sort of aircraft company.

 

Make connections now, so when you get out or retire you have better job opportunities. It's amazing how small the military/gov world is. I run into people I know from the other side of the planet all the time. If I don't know you, I bet I know someone who knows you. Going GS is the way to go....mil retirement kinda sucks...plus congress keeps hosing veterans...not knocking your hustle but keep an open mind to your future, and consider working for the Government in a civilian capacity if something doesn't work out in uniform.

 

Like Boring, I mean Boeing, and by then, probably managing military projects.

My wife and I have separate accounts still, but we each have access to the others accounts.

 

It's not so much that. It's her not working and spending that kind of money she did. Id have loved to have kept the account my own

Eh, no worries, I don't want to be known as a chef. The further removed from a kitchen I am, the happier I am.

Pretty unfortunate sounding. My parents fully share and have been happily married for about 35 years. It's going to make me sound like a sap, but their relationship is everything I hope to one day have.
