Found a set of ARE steel wheels on craigslist.

    They are 16x7, 6 x 5.5 with 3 5/8" backspacing

I'm contacting the owner to see if they are still available. But would they fit on a 2004 tacoma with no special mods or spacers or anything?

    They should shouldn't they?

Depends on the center bore, I think it's 106MM.

Is it because of the backspacing?

I like the look, though....look at it this way: now you don't have to buy spacers

The bore should be 108mm, american racing doesn't make hub centric wheels

Guy is saying, " i had them on a toyota. fj62 and 4runner. any 6 lug toyota or chevy will work. some other makes from various years also but you'll need to measure to confirm."

Should be good to go for a 2004 right?

good thing that they are still available.
