Morning all, taxes, taxes, taxes,[IMG]. Every time you turn around your getting taxed. If I lived with a budget like the Gov't. does I would be either locked up or living in a box on a steam grate.

Talking about executions, we have a cop killer who is trying to get out of his execution because he is slow, with an IQ of 74[IMG]. His lawyer is saying that he has low mental capacity and didn't know what he was doing[IMG]...he knew enough to steal a car, when stopped by the police he knew enough how to pull the trigger and shoot and kill the officer, but best of all, he knows enough to get a lawyer to go with the "diminished mental capacity" act. Hanging would be to good for him.
:ohsnap:[IMG][IMG] there I go first thing in the morning...

Good morning all. I am off to the gym then up to PA to meet up with Homer and pretty sure Ken will make an appearance as well.

My knee brace came off this morning and I will get back on the cardio machine. 7 weeks with no cardio and I am bloated.

To bad I don't even have time to my own stuff. Heheheh.

Haven't done those hours since my 30's Cap. Used to work 2 jobs and still get up early enough to get the kids off to school. Now I sit back and listen to these youngsters complain about how tired they are because they had to work(LOL) for 8 hours.

Glad the knee is getting better. Best thing I did was get my Tacoma with a stick so the bad knee stays mobile shifting.

Driving in traffic around here, The clutch gets a lot of use going from traffic light to light. Almost as bad as NYC.

My knee problem was in the other knee, for the slim pedal. [IMG] Although I think I broke my small toed on the left foot earlier in the week. $ of the toes turned black and dark blue. They are now just a shade of purple. LOL.

I kept today down to stretching and 20 min on the elliptical machine. I worked the upper body really hard yesterday. Monday I will do another 20 min and work legs. I need to get back up to 30 min of cardio by next Saturday then increase it to 60 minutes in the following 2 weeks. It all depends on how the knee feels. So far there is no pain, soreness or stiffness in the knee.

sounds like a good evening

either way - don't care. He didn't care about his victim, so if he suffers I'm not gonna be too upset.

Don't push it too hard, too fast.

Hope you shared Jim[IMG]..somebody looks hungry.

It sure was Sue. Still some left for today. [IMG].

Ouch! I've had blisters/callous problems before and they seem to make your life miserable when you have to walk or be on your feet. I've already used a layer or two of toilet paper then wrapped with plastic electrical tape to keep it in place just so It wouldn't get worse. Felt like I had a rock in my boot[IMG]...

:anonymous: i made the mistake of wearing a new pair of Doc Martin boots on a flight from London to Newark back about 1996. Developed a corn/callus on the inside of my left little toe. I have to keep it shaved down about once a week to this day. :frusty:
