I saw people coming towards us and my camera wasn't focusing so but of a panic. Didn't look at the space in front.

 

No worries, good job, still bigger balls than me.. I mean I don't go near dealerships, let alone Jeep dealerships.

 

Best time to go to a jeep dealership....sunday when they are closed...

Yup! And i always find at least one vehicle unlocked that i can really look at and not be bothered.

 

Sometimes they put a car in front of the entrance so was worried I couldn't get to it if they did.

 

Winner I guess lol I thought that woulda been harder lol unless someone tries harder

Tell me about it. When it first happened, as a tech we were working very limited sundays, now it's basically every other sunday. I hate it. Makes me miss too much time with my son. And I have to work tomorrow.

 

Well, hope i didn't offend. 98% of the time i am just learning and fumbling with the features just to learn the changes. So you can understand that i don't want to waste a salesman's time when he walks all the way over to where the 4runners and trucks are, just to see i'm not interested in helping him make a living with money i don't have....i'm just fumbling with the shinny new stuff

What are your policies about leaving the vehicles unlocked? Is it on purpose? Or does it just happen. I swear i pretty much always find at least one unlocked to sit in and look all over(always respectful to the merchandise, being a car guy...i can't imagine screwing with other people's cars).

 

No offense at all. I just hate working sundays. And as for the locks, I have no idea. I stay away from sales as much as possible. I know I lock my customers cars.

 

tell them that for religious reasons (whether it applies to you or not) you are unable to work on sundays.

I wish. Probably would have worked if I said it when they first started the sunday thing. But that was probably 4 years ago, maybe more. There is however another Toyota dealer roughly the same distance from my house that is closed on sundays.......never know what the future holds.
