Not exactly sure. Def on the outside though. Are they the same? Hard to say. The A340 transmission is so diverse but for the most part, the A340F is pretty uniform, with changes depending on the year. If you have a temp sensor (new models), its mounted on the outside. I just finished removing my valve body and no temp sensor in the pan :D.

First I wired up a new DEH-80PRS head unit and cb radio. They fit after doing some test fitting and figuring out what holes to use for mounting.

    [IMG][IMG]

Then I replaced the shift lever ball seat and lever socket. The original was pretty worn. The new parts help smooth and firm the throw.

Then I cleaned all of my interior.

Installed my wheelers front brake lines. Hard to say if there was any improvement in braking. I bleed the system while the front tires were off, basically not level.

Replaced the back-up switch on the MT and put in some new screws and backing nuts for the tail-lights.

    Long ones are 90069-02077
    Short ones are 81519-87010

The small backing nuts are 90189-04144.

Couldn't find the large backing nuts that go in the holes towards the tailgate. They were in good enough condition to leave in there.

I need to see if my reverse lights even work. It seems like I can't see shit when I'm backing up. I'm used to it though since my old truck had 5% tint.

I bought and installed the snazzy LED bulbs and they went all intermittent on me. Was spooked it was the bulbs but after some research found others had had similar experience but fixed it by replacing the switch. I didn't want my $10 snazzy LED bulbs to not get used. :)

    Mine doesn't. I've tried every X-Code I could find. :(
