Duh I knew that.. Haha but honestly I feel like it's just a hype 90 more dollars for a supposedly 300 lumens ? I don't buy it go to hidplanet and view the different bulb types most wouldn't know the difference between Philips and oem D2s lol

I'm confused haha those aren't Philips or oem D2 bulbs? So that doesn't matter?

55W tends to burn bulbs and ballasts faster, heat wouldn't be an issue unless it was in like a fog light size lens

I'm saying is you wouldn't be able to tell the 300 lumens difference with a setup like ours, maybe in an FXR setup. Basically Philips, or basic Osrams will be night and day difference from the stock morimoto bulbs

But you just said most people can't tell a difference between Philips and oem? But now you're saying the Philips are better than oem? Haha

    Go for it man haha
Haha thanks! I lurk on your build about once a week as well... :spy:

Wish I was man! I was bored at work reminiscing about all the fun I had out there and got a little sad.... :( Haha
Gotcha haha We'll see. I still need to aim mine lower so I can still get some decent use out of the high beams. Right now the just light up the tops of trees because they're too high....

That was my issue too. What sucks is I have to remove my grilled to aim the properly. Which is nearly impossible with the stupid headlight hoops haha

I don't know about you, but I can't get my hands and a tool down well enough to reach the adjustment bolt in front of the intake and battery.

Hmm, yeah. Could have been because I was having to use a flashlight because it was at night and about 30* out....

I'll try to get to them without taking everything apart first and see

Best thing is to buy one of those wrenches where you can twist the handle to loosen or tighten bolts, I had one and it was amazing for adjust my headlights
