where are you located in so cal...i can help you with the wiring later if youd like

simple, take the wire from the relay for the "switch" to one of the switch ends then the other to a power source...

the 2 remaining pins on the switch are for the back light, which is a simple splice into any existing stock buttons

But it's really easy to wire. I just did one on a spare foglight switch I had (rigid duallys with relay)

Do you by chance have a wire diagram of what you did? That would help me out a lot.

Added some pics to see if someone can visually walk me through wiring the switch.

Here's my situation: I've got stock fogs with OEM switch and I added a light bar that is wired straight off the battery so it's hot all the time. I got another OEM fog switch that I'm trying to use for the light bar.

Ok so I tried tapping the illumination pin off of the illumination wire on my existing fog switch and Its not illuminating. Any ideas? If I tap pin 2 off of pin 4 won't that make the illumination on all the time since my lightbar is wired straight to the battery? If this won't work then what's the nearest line I could splice into?

I did this yesterday. Since I did the diff lock anytime mod that turns off TCS/ABS I didn't need my TCS button and replaced it with another fog switch for my roof lights. Used the factory illumination wires, very easy to pin-out. I should have the part numbers for the plug and pig tails from Toyota if you want them. The switch I got, like most lights up amber instead of green. I don't know if the bulb is a serviceable part but it's just a tiny green rubber cover over the bulb that makes it green. It's the little brown tab on the side near the front of the switch you can just unscrew and pop out.
