Hey guys, been busy as hell between work and family!
Hey Erik,to answer your question about the Tundra mileage, i get maybe 14, i'm all city driving and try to stay off the pedal.:)
I do like the Tundra a lot though, drove Chevys for years but i'll never go back and have never really been a Ford guy.

How do they ride? Are they stiff?

They don't drive all that bad. I have limited time on them now but drove the highway this am with no difference noticed. I can't honestly say that it has made a huge difference in the ride. I will let you know as I put some miles on them how they ride, where my pressures end up and how my mileage changes. I have what I think is a lot of weights on the wheels to bance them, 2.50 I think was the highest and that was usually on one side not both inside and out

Damn, crew cab platinum edition? I saw one like that at Ira in Milford, it was a nice looking truck.

Are you only looking at Tundras or are you considering other brands as well?

It was a crew cab platinum with every option. I am open to other brands but the fords look too plain and the gmc/Chevys are priced too high.

When you're spending that much money, you definitely have to like what you're buying.

If you're looking new, there was a Chevy dealer in Hanover offering brand new 4x4 crew cab LT's with the LT1 trim package for $34k.

Anyone have a set of rear shocks . Stock or aftermarket doesn't matter . Free or cheap would be nice .

I was joking because my rear shocks are toast. But I hope to replace them soon.

Ya im sure i will be there when you get out. Just dug them out of the basement at my moms place. They dont look like they have 30,000 miles. Pretty clean, all the hardware is there and the bushings look good. Need any other stock suspension parts while im here? Lol. I am not ganna bother with selling it. Or you need some headlights so you can trade me those retros?

Replacing the rear shocks should be pretty easy right? No need to unbolt anything else?

Good. I think my front shocks are still good. Don't really feel like messing with the coil though. Some of those manual coil compressors look scary.

Are they the stockers? If so, they can be difficult to remove. Mine were rusted on, I ended up cutting them off. The bottoms came off fine but I couldn't get the tops off.
