So i can finally do pull ups. I started in december and could only do 1. Now i can do 3 sets of 10 followed by 3 sets of 10 chin ups. I am so shocked!

I do take pro complex gainer everyday mid day. Should I take it after workout too or do you recommend the Arnold series after?

I like the Arnold Iron Mass...because it has the protein, it has the carbs.

Some would argue that you want extremely fast digesting protein after a workout as well as simple carbs to boost the liver glycogen levels. I say Iron Mass does this.

I've taken Iron Mass pre and post and used Karbolyn or Glycofuse during along with amino's.

Also what I do sometimes too is take my Karbolyn to the gym in powder form and dump it into a bottle or shaker cup and slam that immediately post workout and them slam an Iron Mass shake after I get home.

    Just "food" for thought.

^^^I have to give ON Serious Mass a lot of credit for putting size on me. When I first started working out, I weighed 140 and I did 2 scoops of Serious Mass a day (with a good diet, of course) and got up to 205. Currently, I'm cutting, so I'm using regular ON whey, but when I decide to bulk up again after the summer, I'm definitely going back to Serious Mass...that shit is amazing!

    FINALLY, someone gets it!

    Thanks!

I have tried the serious mass, I liked it. But, there was no way I was doing 2 scoops of that shit... I don't even have a cup big enough to fit the 2 scoops with 24 oz milk haha.

back day today, i officially made the switch from conventional deadlift to sumo, it just feels way better on my back, also my sumo stance feels way stronger, since its the first day i went pretty light, worked up to 315s with 5 second pause on top.

finished a super heavy back day yesterday....woke up in debilitating pain

not "o fuck i tore something" pain, but "holy fuck my back is made of acid and steel"

dont know whether to classify yesterday as a great success or not
