    You might want to use a heating pad if you have one. Stretching can help as well if the muscle is tensed up. I hate it when my back hurts.

    Yup heating pad is a must. And long showers.
    I was out shopping and running errands today and I thought that walking would help but it didn't, as the day went on I noticed I was leaning more and more as my back got more sore.

    :notsure: but why my back? My legs are a little sore which makes sense. I still had a blast yesterday and I don't regret going out.
