    At my peak I was doing those in 57 seconds. And that was 3 seconds behind the fast kids.

    Psh. Smoked Turkey is in every BBQ place I've been in Austin, TX. So don't give me that. Also slaw is nasty, eff mayo.

    Also, Rudy's is right next to my house, so I'll eat what I want. Plus I can eat an entire turkey dinner + green chili stew for about 400 calories that's delicious. So for those complaining about unhealthy.... no excuses even in a BBQ place. Just saying.

    As for chopped pork, Joe's BBQ is way better on that front imo

    You must have been going to same main stream places to get smoked turkey on the menu. I'm not debating that you cant get it, but I am debating that smoked turkey is not BBQ. And wait a hot damn minute here. You don't do slaw? That kind of verbiage will get you rapped in the Appalachians, by men. Blasphemy sir, it ain't a chop sammich without slaw on top.

    As for the dinner you just stated, not a BBQ dinner. That's some gourmet hodge podge severed under a low brow high class BBQ company claiming to be the best in Texas.
