    I would say those needed changing out to the extended lines. Wow!

    .......see what the tax man thinks soon. 4.88 and lockers will be in the future.
    For the time being I will continue to do work with the lsd "2 wheel drive" it surprises me the stuff I am able to make it through not being locked.

    Little disappointed on how the KM2's did when slipped on some rock. Pretty much new tires, only one real obstacle. I expect chunks but thought this was a bit much for only on little slip.

    the unfortunate reality with those tires. i've wittnessed entire lugs cetting sliced right off of KM2s, on multiple ocasions.

    Maybe you guys wheel on sharper rock, but I have not had any chunking with my duratracs. + the dirtyfives I just got are used, and the guy I got them from wheeled the shit out of them and they still look good.

    My BGF A/T that came on my truck had a few chunks missing after the first time I wheeled them & a bit more after Moab last year (second time wheeling).

    I spend a lot of time on the kind of rock that is hard on tires so I expect a lot of chunking. I was just a bit surprised how much I got from one little obstacle. Similar stuff has not done as much damage on other brand tires I have ran. The BFG's are suposed to be a good all around tire and certainly priced toward the top so I expected a little more from them I suppose

    Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
    I have a 6 speed and stock gears for now...it's not too much worse than my 255s...I do go straight into 4lo offroad though...not enough gearing to stay in 4hi for any incline whatsoever!

    Sidewalls are ok. It was only one little obstacle. I expect them to be tore up after a few trips but like you said Kase, not too impressed with the chunking from one little obstacle. My Toyos took several hard trips to start to chunk up good.
