just sucks seeing us leave anything behind and sucks more having people ignore it when they see someone leave it.

Rant's over, just needed to get it out there.

I'd hate for anything to happen to superstition that place is cool!!

it was a fantastic trip. im stretching it to 4 days next year. just not enough time out there. was my maiden voyage with the trailer, truck, and towing it all with the rv. still did 50-53 up the grade with out really pushing it ! time to tear the truck apart.

A few big trash cans next year that we can haul out on a trailer is a great idea. When there are big groups it is difficult for everyone to police their trash. For the most part folks clean up after themselves but there is always some that gets missed, glad the last people out took care of it.

I left pretty early and we took out 3 big ass bags and I think RJ had just as much just from our camp. Amazing how fast that shit adds up.

only saw a pink cross of to the side of the road. always a moment of peace for the ones who never left. im thankful that despite the carnage, we all were able to crack a beer at dinner time around the fire.

nope, just a 460 and a 3 speed. 27' gas puller with an 18' trailer. pulls great. i do need to up grade soon though. this summer ill cut the trailer up and rebuild it, and then hopefully soon to follow a newer rv. this one runs tits, everything works, but i need pop outs and something in better shape.

I didnt get a look at your pull rig Jeff but wouldn't mind takin a look at it when you get ready to sell it. Not sure I'm going to bother with another trailer, thinkin just go motorhome and tow the truck.

if interested, ill make you a deal you cant refuse. that being said, it has needs. it is smogged and registered, and thats half the battle with older rv's. this one needs a roof, generator needs a tune up, and sending unit needs replaced. to be honest, its a hoopty. its an rv to get by and has everything but an oven. i hate that it needs a roof. it was neglected for years before i got a hold of it. inside is nice, litlle bit of water swelling on 2 cabinets. honestly when its time to sell it, 3k will take it, smogged and registered. it probably gets 8-10 on the flats while towing, maybe 12 with out towing. 60 gallon tank helps a bit lol. shit, even has cruise control.

Hmm, sounds like a bit more work than I want to deal with. 3k is a good deal for just about anything. Thinking I'll probably look in the 20k range so all I have to do is put gas in it for a while.

couldnt agree more. i see this one (sadly) parked on soneones ranch under an awning. but god damn, it runs so fucking good ! i knew what i was looking at when we got it. just bummed its not able to be completely brought back to its original luster. 20k will get you a killer deal on a gas rv these days. class c with 2 pop outs on the 23'-27' range. soo nice. and dont count out the v10. have a few work trucks in the past with the v10, and load them down we did. id stay away from anything over 27' with the v10 though. it'll be gutless at that length/weight.

I get 6-7 towing and maybe 9-10 empty. 460 4 spd auto. Trailer weighs 10k loaded and coach weighs 15 ish. If you can stay around 25' you have a shot of pulling 10mpg
