Honestly, Jason, I really don't think a locker would have helped you get up that first hill. I think what was hanging you up was your rear bumper/hitch was dragging the ground taking enough weight off your rear tires for them to lose traction. Even if you were locked, that still probably would have happened. If you had a high clearance rear bumper or bigger tires to give you more ground clearance, then you might have had a shot--although given how hard the 4WDs without lockers had to work to get up it, I dunno how good a shot it would have been even if you were locked.

Good deal. Glad to hear it's getting better. Were you still planning to crash the 4runner ONF party in February? :D I'm thinking it's a definite option for me now.

There was a good bit of rain a couple days before the meet. It was pretty damp out there. Good thing was it kept the dust down which was a very good thing for the ones at the end of that 20+ truck parade we had going on on Saturday. :D

Understandable. Cash was the main sticking point for me as well, but I did some side work and got a little extra. At least it's not a 120 mile trip to get there for you, lol.

Geez, you guys suck. :p I finally get to where I think I can make it and now everyone is backing out. So what? You never gonna wheel again until your current rack goes tango-uniform?

J/K. It's cool. :D It doesn't look like those would be too fun to change to begin with & they probably cost an arm and a leg.

    Hello everyone

Just moved here from Vegas to FWB a few months ago and wanted to finally meet the local group. I have quite a few contacts with vendors out west so if anyone is looking for a hard to find part I may be able to help. I have an Expedition build Tacoma and enjoy cross country travel. I look forward to the next local meetup.
