Is the 3M stuff you had put on like the little strips of clear plastic that comes from the factory right in front of the rear tires on the fenders??? I'm just curious because mine stained pretty easy just from everyday driving. Especially on the edges.

Yes sir that's the stuff. Factory stuff isn't the highest quality either. Every wash, you must scrub it I'm told. Or it all fades.

Mine looks like crap. I'm going to have to peel it off it's so nasty. Dirt all around the edges.

Excited to see this build Jamie. I know it's going to be awesome.

Wish I could get that front bumper off Daisy. That was such a sweet truck!

For the 3M you'd want to talk to a Mr. Jeff Wukovits. He runs his own 3M business called Protectit. I believe there is a Facebook page. Protectit.

I can attest to his quality of work. He uses nothing but high quality 3M....Not the shitty stuff you get at the dealership. He made quick work of Jamie's truck, and truth be told...the 2014 Tacoma's are extremely tough and for a lack of better words. A bitch to do.

Jeff has a 2011 Rubicon that is 100% wrapped in the same material that Jamie got and his Jeep looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. 0 scratches at all.

He is fully mobile (I.e. He can come to you) or the work can be completed in are garage. As well as any auxiliary lighting such as light bars and off-road lights can be 3M'd as well for additional protective layer.

    Jeff Wukovits
    Company is Protectit
