    Depending on when and what other stuff gets planned for me, I might be down for some touring in my home state. I will hopefully have a HC rear bumper so I might be able to try some tougher stuff :devil:

    I want to do holy cross bad. But I don't think ill do it this year. Blackbear is awesome but the only trail you will enjoy is Poughkeepsie. Blackbear is easier then Morrison.

    i know. i was just throwing it out cuz ian wants to do it, and i guess he is planning a whole trip down there. but holy cross and that other one the co people did a little while back is on my radar if i go down there.

    It has been calling me for over two years now. Especially since the wife said "you need to get a new bumper before this summer"

    Oh and Blackbear isn't the most hardcore, some puckering moments for those fearful of high places, but the scenery is amazing. Keep in mind though, I haven't actually done it. But the pics and stories I have seen/heard tell me I need to do it.

    With school and a 1 week military training event I won't have much of a May except for Moab and I won't have a July either with a 3 week military training event taking that up... And then school starts again half way through August.

    But if you guys do something in early August like you have the last 2 years I should actually be free for once! They moved AT up 3 weeks this year, though they added a week to it...

    Yea for sure. I'd like to do a trip down there again. But I'm thinking next year and tie it into Moab with the Dolores triangle.

    Blackbear is beautiful. But we did it in the rain and it wasn't even pucker really. Really not bad.

    GL and Lander will probably be late July
