I was reading up and came across Gator covers and they seemed nice. They were rated the highest overall in the article I read. The article did say it wasn't the nicest cover but the other ones weren't $150 nicer so it won. Thanks for the heads up, until I read that article, and read your post, I had never heard of them.

Are you working today? If so, I'll give you a call a little later. I left a message for you yesterday, just realized I never ordered Kendra's bumper  I found a company offering a Bakflip G2 Blem for $600 shipped. I really want a cap but I don't think I can justify the cost right now. I think I'm going to pick up a tonneau for a couple years and keep my eyes peeled for a used cap or save up and buy one later on.
No problem, hopefully you can fix it and resell it.

I agree with Chris, I have no problem with pot being legal even though I don't smoke myself, but that's like buying beer with an EBT.
Definitely go through Superbright LED's, I haven't had any issues with their products. My dad even outfitted his entire camper with LEDs to cut electrical load and not a single issue with them (and it's a big ass camper with a lot of lights).

I'd say I've got between 8 and 9 inches also but I think we got about 10 inches of snow

Mike I have a roll up cover that I can open and close year round. It is the access limited, I had it on my last truck also. If I was to change anything I would go with a softtopper/besttopper setup. I wanted to deal with eddie 20something but he never got back to me about his topper

I had a Lund Peel and Seal on my Tacoma before I bought the shell and it was alright. When it was bitter cold though, I couldn't get it sealed up again. I actually just got off the phone with Rob, I'm going to give the ProEFX fold up tonneau a try. I'll keep my eyes peeled for a used cap also but, knowing that could take possibly a couple years, this should be a good option in the interim. If I go the cap route, I'll go fiberglass. I like the Bestop but I want the security. I still haven't thrown out the idea of the Diamondback cover. If I like the tonneau, I might go that route. Gotta love a nice, locking tonneau that you can throw 1,600# on top of!

I think you're probably being an optimist.

update: still no snow here. Not even flurries. Cloudy and cold as shit, though. Ain't nobody 8 inches in this weather.

Speaking of huge things of yours, have you tried parallel parking that F150 yet?

Look out Mike, Alex is creepin' on you. Better buy a set of blinds.
And from what he's saying, maybe turn up the heat in your house a bit?:D

Would that be Kendra's F150 plate bumper? haha

Legalization means to me: Regulation, no assholes lacing it. Taxation, maybe a little less tax burden on the average guy. Law enforcement, less time catching/prosecuting, plus think of the savings in a 3 strikes state if you let everyone out of jail that's locked up for it.

You got 8-9 inches? What was his name?

Nope, but I'd imagine I'll just do what I did with the Chevy when I had that. Pull straight in, front tire up and over the curb and set the front down off the curb, perfect!

It's all relative. That was still a good 6 - 7" and it was sitting in the cold for hours so :brianr:

    He's just jealous
I don't know about you, but I haven't named mine... :notsure:

Nope. Not jealous. It was short, soft/squishy, and really thin. I feel bad for what you're packing (material)
