    you can take rattlesnake (from hidden valley behind the water tanks/by the quarry) up to the VC highlands and then drive over to VC on the street.
    Or run down to the east side of washoe lake and run Jumbo Grade up and over the hill and straight down into VC.
    I'd probably do Jumbo.
